1. Can I order by phone?
Yes. Please call 01227 811 624 to place your order with our sales team. Please have your credit or debit card details ready. Phone lines are open from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday from the 6th October. There is an automated order line outside of these times.
2. Can I order by post?
Yes. Please send your order including the product code reference, product description, quantity required for each item and the correct postage and packaging (please see question 7 for this) directly to: NSPCC Christmas Gifts, Appledown House, Barton Business Park, New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3TE. Please also remember to include your address and a contact telephone number should our team need to contact you about your order. If you prefer to pay by credit card we will need your account number, including your 3 digit security code (please see question 4 for full details), the start and expiry date and issue number if appropriate along with the name as it appears on the card your signature and date of your order. If you prefer to pay by cheque please write your name and address on the back, just in case they are separated for any reason.
3. How do I pay? Is buying on-line safe?
You can pay on-line using your credit or debit card. Buying from this website is safe because the payments are handled by WorldPay, a specialist organisation used by many reputable companies from whom you can buy on-line. Alternatively you can print a copy of the attached form, complete and send directly to: NSPCC Christmas Gifts, Appledown House, Barton Business Park, New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3TE.
4. What is a credit card security number?
A credit card security number is a new authentication tool established by credit card companies to help reduce fraud for internet and other mail order transactions. This number is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area on the back of your card.
5. Can you ensure my privacy?
The NSPCC/NSPCC Trading Company Ltd will use your details for our legitimate interests. This includes for the purposes of order fulfilment, and to maintain a record of your purchase(s). If you have given us permission to do so, the NSPCC/NSPCC Trading Company Ltd may wish to send you information about our fundraising and other charitable activities.
6. Am I charged for the goods as soon as I order them?
You will be charged for your order once approved and once we have sent it through to our warehouse for despatch.
7. How is the delivery charge calculated?
The delivery charge is charged as per the below a sliding scale.

8. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Your order will be sent to the warehouse on the day you place it. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
9. Can I return my goods?
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any purchase, please contact the enquiries team on 01227 811 625 within 28 days from the date you receive it, for a prompt replacement or refund. This is in addition to and not in substitution of your statutory rights.
10. Do you accept orders from overseas addresses?
We can accept orders from overseas addresses but the delivery address will determine the final postage costs. Please call +00 44 1227 811 624 to obtain the appropriate costs.
11. How can I check the progress of my order?
Please allow up to 14 days before querying your order. In the event of your order not reaching you within this time please contact our Enquiries team on: 01227 811 625. Alternatively you can email our team at nspcc@impresspublishing.co.uk It would help our team if you could have to hand your order number before calling or quoting this reference in your email.
